Bard Senior Plans Outdoor Antigone at Opus 40 in Saugerties
Jancis Karagodias a Bard College senior and Brooklyn native will stage an outdoor production of Antigone at Opus 40 in Saugerties, late April or early May, with a six actor ensemble and Greek chorus. He translates the text from ancient Greek and views the play as timely amid debates on behavior and law.
