Father Hero in Disguise George Vigilante Story
Danette Vigilante recounts his father George as a quiet but quick rescuer who saved a baby from drowning, lifted a boy from an escalator, resuscitated a drowning woman, used the Heimlich maneuver to save a choking child, and rescued newborn kittens from the canal. She honors him for Father's Day as a real life superhero.
