Sunday School Christmas Program Brightens Jordan Street
Ordan Street Sunday School held a Christmas program with a tree, gifts, and wax tapers, featuring recitations and songs. Miss Lena Hughes, Alice Dunn, Frances Lacy, and George Lear led the committee. Santa Claus delighted children as teachers praised devotion, and the event drew praise as the year's best tree and exercises. Also noted: local jeweler Wan del advertises reduced prices on watches and jewelry at 522 Market Street in Shreveport.
