The village canvassed a special election finding 31 ballots cast all in favor of the proposition and none against. Trustee Arnell moved adoption of a resolution after presenting the proposal and showing the election outcome.
At a regular April 6 1925 meeting the Potter Nebraska Village Board adopted an ordinance calling a special April 28 1925 election to authorize selling village property to Continental Oil Company for 1000 cash. The vote totaled 31 for and none against the sale was unanimously approved and the deed to convey was authorized, signed by the chairman and village clerk and delivered upon payment.
