Antelope Divide F C Harris of Potter State Bank was seen in the community Tuesday. Be Madden and family motored to Sidney Wednesday. John Heimer from the north divide came down to his brother's after a load of barley Tuesday. Harry Hazlitt spent Saturday night with Dewey Larson. Jerome Kafka called on Edson Madden Sunday. Roscoe and Howard Madden called at the Thorpe home Sunday. Dewey Larson, Harry Hazlitt, Andrew Jensen and Herb Shaw spent Sunday with Jim Jensen. Mr and Mrs Edson Madden called on E H Howe Tuesday evening. Art Nelson called on Jerome Kafka Sunday.

Editor testified for the United States in a mail obscenity case against W T Eikner of Sidney. The charge stems from a circulated circular two years ago attacking Mrs. Perry Coler of the Sidney Enterprise. Dr Eikner pleaded not guilty. trial continued. The Enterprise editors’ case was taken under advisement. no plea entered. A large Sidney crowd attended. Judge Woodrough presided.
