Light Plant Notes Paid in Arapahoe 1919 to 1923
On August 6 1919 sixty four citizens of Arapahoe signed a joint note for 12000 dollars in six notes of 2000 each. The notes funded a hydro electric system by Arapahoe Mill Co to supply electric lights and power. A twenty year contract set rates of six cents per kilowatt until payoff with interest and five cents thereafter. The final note plus interest was paid April 5 1923, debt cancelled.

Dodge Report in Christian Science Litigation Filed
Boston, Mass. After four years of litigation in the Christian Science Church ex Federal Judge Dodge, serving as Master, filed his final report on the evidence. He finds Dittemore justified in opposing the majority’s aims, that his dismissal was punitive, and that the majority planned to suppress opposition. The report urges greater local church self governance and less centralization in Boston.
