After a band concert the Commercial Club of Potter met in Biggs hall with thirty members. Minutes were read and approved. Five directors were elected from ten top vote-getters by a second ballot: D. F. Enevoldsen, E. H. Schellenberg, N. S. Miller, R. L. MacAdam, and H. R. Curry. They will elect chair, secretary, and treasurer from among themselves.

Dix Adopts 24 Hour Electric Service From Potter
The high tension line from the Potter power plant to Dix was completed and connected enabling 24 hour electric current. Dix plans full electric lighting in a few weeks as houses are wired. Contractor Sellars supervised the ten mile project completed in near record time.

The Kimball Boosters Band of thirty boys aged 10 to 14 will give a free concert on the Potter public square Saturday afternoon. An evening program with admission will follow at Leyfang Theatre directed by H. L. Bonham. The band recently played in Pine Bluffs to a large crowd and will publish its program next week.

Potter American Legion Elects Officers in Regular Session
The Potter American Legion Post No 291 met with 23 members present to elect officers. Post commander N S Miller, assistant commander Ray Arnell, adjutant L R Hager, finance officer E H Schellenberg, and sergeant at arms R L MacAdam were chosen. Dues set at 2.50. Pearson and Roche of Sidney Post No 17 assisted in the election. The post will meet again next Wednesday at Biggs hall.
