Nelsons Celebrate 48th Wedding Anniversary in Western Nebraska
Mr and Mrs L K Nelson of over south celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary last Monday with a large gathering at their home. A noon turkey dinner was served and friends and relatives from Berkley California and local families joined Rev Chr Falek and many neighbors. Family present included J W Bertramson and children, Harry Lockhart and children, J M Nelson and son, E M Nelson and son, V A Nelson and two sons, plus numerous friends and neighbors. The couple, among the community’s oldest residents, are praised for their health and hospitality and hope for many more anniversaries.

Jack Jenkins Hurt In Coal Car Accident at Walcott
Jack Jenkins, a pumper at Walcott Wyoming, was injured early this week when he was thrown from a coal car while unloading coal for the pump plant. One leg was badly hurt and he was taken to a Laramie hospital. Mrs. Jenkins of Potter stayed with him for several days.
