A. A. Challburg must respond as Linn Implement Co. files an action in Cheyenne County Nebraska. Justice Martin Leafdale issued a December 13 1920 order of attachment for 4.90 against a Ford car and the case is continued to February 23 1921 at 2 oclock p m in Potter Nebraska.
