Good Roads Meet Opens In Gate City With Delegates From Five States
The Inter-Mountain Good Roads association opens its second annual three day convention in the Gate City. Delegates arrive from Utah and other states, with ceremonies and a program led by President E R Sherman. Governor Hawley sends a letter of regret, and plans for road building and national support are discussed amid machinery displays and community hospitality.
