Supt W Kh Siders presents Fucatello Public Schools data including numbers of children in a 8 to 14 age range, attendance totals by gender, 60 day enrollment, and enrollees not meeting attendance time. Payroll shows salaries for superintendant, principals, grade teachers, and janitors with total property values and expenditures.
The board approved a new course of study and updated rules after December review. Printing costs were bid low and the course distributed to homes. Teacher supervision, outlines, and periodic checks maintained uniform methods. Staff changes included three resignations and three new appointments. Physics apparatus were bought, with an estimated 25 to refit next year, microscopes provided, and calls for six more Coddington achromatic triplets. Books for pupils praised, walls of West Side building slated for refresh, and a advertisement for Kodol Dyspepsia Cure included.

The city council repeals Ordinance No. 68 which licensed plumbers and tapping water mains. Passage by mayor and council on June 5, 1900 and publication in the Pocatello Tribune on June 6, 1900. Official notices show George W. Soule approval and M D Rier as endorser.
Notice lists warrants up to No 3287 payable upon presentation at the City Treasurer Mrs Jane Darkan June 1900. The fragment includes various medicinal ads and testimonials from Dr D H Cargile Washita praising Electric Bitters and other remedies with claims of cures and health benefits.
