Utah Governor J Bracker Lee will be the principal speaker at a Boise Republican luncheon on Sept 14 announced by State Chairman Ezra Hinshaw. The Boise appearance inaugurates a monthly series on the second Wednesday to spur party activity with future talks by Rep John Sanborn in Oct and Gov C A Robins in Nov. Idaho youths win $500 scholarships to the University of Idaho sponsored by Standard Oil Co of California.
