Seven Men Drowned In Toledo Disaster At Sea
A wreck on the Miuimee day left seven Toledo city workers dead after a midnight voyage to Kell s island. Engineer Michael Mayer survived, rescued after the boat split apart. Names of the drowned include Wisler Gateh Shane Purcell Pratt Carroll Yonker. Three bodies were recovered Monday, three more Tuesday.

Harold Wallace of Perrysburg reports winning the one mile time race in 56 seconds driving a 60 HP Stoddard Dayton at Detroit amateur races in August. In the 20 mile event won in 19 minutes 12 seconds, Wallace placed second in 19 minutes 30 seconds with a Chalmers 40 Hayner and Regal among the other entries.

Mysterious Death of Charles Wills Near Weston
