M Damon sues George W Dino for divorce alleging extreme cruelty and failure to provide for herself and their five year old child. She claims threats of bodily harm and ongoing cruel treatment.
James Steith Harry Hart and Martin H Parks appeared before Justice Nearing Monday to waive examination on charges of breaking into J P Phillips jewelry store and stealing watches rings and chains. They were remanded to jail with bonds set at 2000 each. E G Medeland appeared with counsel Proctor J Ladd represented the state. An advertisement promotes Dr Klig's New Life Pills at Winlock and Son's drug store.
Notice announces a government loan offering certificates of 50 dollars each through Citizens' Banking Co with assets of 231000 dollars. It notes a forthcoming quarterly teachers institute at Bowling Green on December 14 and includes a testimonial about Electric Bitters. Ends with a druggist guarantee and price.

Richard Chandler and wife of Sylrk visited relatives at Hobart days. Wm Keddig of Toledo was guest of Wm Chandler and family Wednesday.
Four men robbed J. P. Phillips Jewelry Saturday. Deputies Shoecraft Farmer and Sheriff Roach led a large tail from Napoleon toward Wooster Street. They cornered and captured James Smith Hart and Marlon Parks after a chase through farms and fields near Anderson and Hampshire. The pursuit involved multiple officers from several towns, with shots fired and one suspect wounded. Continued on Highth Pages.
Ora W Shirts a Bradner saloonkeeper was shot by George Orwig while being escorted to a location for a hidden dog. Shirts struggled for the weapon and escaped injury, but Orwig was captured after a sheriff tracked him to Six Points and later identified by Shirts as the attacker.
Joe Cole, long time weather predictor for Chagrin Falls, claims a mild winter based on goosebone reads and rabbit sign. He cites bone dryness after butchery, persistent corn husks, geese not migrating, and sour milk pan signs as proof. Cole, a famed hunter and outdoorsman, notes his uncertainty but leans toward a gentle cold season.
