Case Dismissed in Toledo Traction Dispute

The supreme court dismissed for lack of jurisdiction the case of Toledo and Maumee Valley Traction Company versus Toledo Traction Company. The circuit court had ruled for the Toledo Traction Company and issued an injunction against running Bowling Green cars through the city, a dispute tied to Belt line contracts, now moot as both firms are owned by the Everett-Moore syndicate.
