Barbara Ann Shoorpf, aged about seventy five, was found dead in bed at her North Canal Street home Saturday morning. She had long suffered Bright's disease, with sudden illness cited as the cause. She was the widow of John Shempf and leaves a son, two grandchildren Mary and Charles Crutcher, who have visited their home. Others mourning include Mere Shempf and Mr. John Shempf-Ed.

She died December 21 1400 while visiting Paulding County and was buried December 24 aged 18 years. She leaves a one year six month old child, a loving husband, and many friends. Interment at Haviland cemetery Paulding County Ohio.
The Big Wive pollings drew a small group of local youths to Mia Art Achwenke's North Wahint Street home for an evening of games and socializing. A subcommittee will study a proposed sublevable for defeat of a Pawars bill per Harrison’s plan. A hearing is set for next Wednesday. A Senate inquiry into Great Lakes shipping rates and a Columbia River bridge resolution. Bonsthor Morgan seeks to address the Senate on the measure. Peru says Bolivia maintains cordial relations with neighbors.
