Delhi Trustee Urges Task Force for Township Tax Power

Archdiocese Forecasts Higher School Costs and Tuition

The Archdiocese of Cincinnati finance committee projects costs rising to 550 per pupil in the next high school year and at least 655 in 1972 73. State aid could lift tuition by 150 per pupil if secured. without it, tuition may exceed 500. Principals warn over 400 rise risks enrollment loss. parishes and schools would cover shortfalls with 90 and 10 per pupil respectively, but a 150 gap remains. Elementary schools face steeper strain as nun numbers fall and enrollment drops 2,380, risking closures.
