Terrell Rites Thursday Afternoon
Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Mary Terrell 82 of the Fairview Neighborhood were held this afternoon at 2:00 at the Davis Funeral Home with Judge Hugh J. Wright and Rev. John Harvey presiding. Burial followed in Pleasant Hill cemetery near Leesburg. She was born April 2 1865 in Nansemond County Virginia, daughter of James and Eliza Harris, married to Charles E. Terrell in 1890, who died in 1901, and she belonged to Fair view Friends Church. Survived only by her daughter Iss Quella Terrell who resided with her.

Over seventy five grange members and families attended a Friday night square and circle dance at the Grange Hall with callers Dave Ridgeway and Bob McCoy. Sabina to Meet New Vienna in Friday Night Showdown
Sabina High heads to Wilming ton College gym for a Friday game against New Vienna. Supt. Fenwick announced the rescheduled contest due to seating limits at the New Vienna gym. Both reserves and varsity play with doors opening at 7 30, admission 40 cents adults 25 cents students. The Lynchburg New Vienna game slated for Tuesday January 13 was postponed to January 30 when local team faces Port William.
