Rocky Mountain Phosphate Co will end operations at its Butte plant Sunday and move equipment to a new $300,000 facility at Garrison. President Bryce Rhodes says construction is 8 percent complete and operations will resume within six weeks with minimal smoke plume and no river pollution. Anaconda Company Raises Wages for Montana Workers
Anaconda Company boosts pay for about 6000 Montana employees starting Monday.
