Pacific front to bring more showers across Montana
A Pacific front is forecast to cross Montana Tuesday bringing increasing clouds and thundershowers. The Weather Bureau expects cooler temperatures and more unsettled weather midweek while Monday saw fair skies and above normal warmth with high readings across the state. Aleksich Withdraws From County Commissioner Race
Coroner Andy Aleksich pulls out of the Democratic primary for a six year county commissioner term. His family cites his father’s poor health and file an affidavit with Clerk William Duckham. Aleksich, who entered the race May 24, had said he would not seek a third coroner term after a June 5 heart attack and stroke left him in a coma in Missoula. Frank Johns currently runs the office.
