Fourth Victim in Crash Dies
William E. Higinbotham 41 of Nissler died at St. James hospital after a three day battle following a Sunday night two car crash south of Butte on the Dillon highway. The incident had already claimed three others including Marie Higinbotham and Frank and Mrs Tomich of Silver Bow. Mrs Higinbotham was to be 30 the next day and funeral plans were moved to Friday for double burial in Laurin Cemetery. The other driver William Steer of Phillipsburg remained in critical condition.
