Missoula Youth Dies in Feeder Pellet Accident
Davie Schwartz, 16, of Missoula, suffocated Thursday while unloading 200000 pounds of cattle feed pellets from a three bin railroad hopper car with his brother and others. He fell into a bin and was pulled under the load before rescuers could free him. Coroner Larry Livingston pronounced him dead at the scene. He was the son of Dr. and Mrs. Warren Schwartz.

Former resident identified as river victim near Great Falls
The body of Joseph C. McQuillan of Great Falls, formerly of Butte, was identified by authorities as the Missouri River death victim after an autopsy. Officials found no foul play. McQuillan, once a Butte resident, left his three children and ex wife at 1307 Driggs. His body rests at George's Funeral Home in Great Falls. funeral is set for 9:30 Saturday with a funeral mass at St John the Evangelist Church in Butte Monday at 1.
