Two Deer Lodge escapees captured in route to prison
Two of seven Montana State Prison escapees were arrested Wednesday while hitchhiking along a highway. Duane F. Stuit of Miles City and Gary Alen of Billings are jailed in Virginia City pending transport back to the prison. Alen's wife Celeste Alen is charged with obstructing justice.
