Trial concludes in school election contest in district court
The four day district court trial over the ousting of J D Wallace J & Dorsh and Mrs Guy Sheridar in district No 1 ended yesterday. Judge A J Horsky of Helena will rule after briefs by both sides with contestants given 10 days to file and contestees five days for an answering brief. The case was not argued before the court. An early decision was foreshadowed as the judge urged timely briefs.

Campaign Opens Here for Religion School Drive
A 72 hour $5,000 Butte drive kicks off to fund a three year budget for the University of Montana Mis soula and Montana State College Bozeman religion schools. German flyer's altitude record upheld by federation
