Judgment for foreclosure of mortgages on real property of the Independent Milk & Cream company was granted to Metals Bank & Trust by Judge William E. Carroll in district court yesterday. The action sought to satisfy a balance of 17567.97 and interest on a note for 20000. Henry P. Muntzer receiver for the creamery, Mary M. Muntzier, F. Ackerman and Dora E. Ackerman were defendants beside the creamery corporation. No defense was offered. Equipment and fixtures of the creamery had been sold at sheriff's sale.
