Bodies of a man, his wife, and her mother were unearthed in three shallow graves behind the victims' Eureka community home. Police said the three were called from the house one by one and hacked to death with an ax, likely killed Tuesday. Her father William Doig and brother Robert 3 attempted rescue. the child’s body was not recovered Sunday night.
