J D Plummer 79 a former Anaconda and Missoula resident died at his home in Fairfax County Virginia after a period of ill health. He leaves a widow two daughters and three sons. Funeral services will be held in Virginia Saturday with burial in the family plot.

MISSOULA June 9 Judgments for plaintiffs in two actions charging landlord William Mercer, with reask determinations, were returned Thursday by Justice of the Peace Ralph L Starr. Douglas Drysdale was awarded 1146.25 treble the rent overcharge plus 50 attorney fees. Charles G. Johnson was awarded 2500 rent overcharge plus 60 general damages and 50 attorney fees. The defendant's attorney filed notice of appeal. Both complainants are State University students. Death of Gold Creek District Resident Gustaf Udentus
Gustaf Udentus a resident of the Gold Creek district for 42 years died Wednesday night after several weeks illness. Born in Sweden he came to the United States as a young man and was a prosperous man. He appears to have no relatives in this country. The body is at Moss mortuary.
