Unique Christmas Sign Completed by Meaderville Fire Department
Meaderville Volunteer Fire Department completed its traditional Christmas billboard on the fire hall grounds at Meader wills 9 entrance, a 45 by 35 foot display crowned by a neon cross atop a church-like frame. The scene features Madonna and Child, a central manger, carolers, bells, and a “Twas the Night Before Christmas” theme with a Santa sleigh, while a Yeonard mine lantern and evergreen backdrop add festive color. The department celebrated with a children’s party and a dance, and credited Henry Leovil for directing artwork with active members list including Frank Gorsh and Vic Bugni among others.
