Fire still burns at oil well near Glenrock
Crews from Red Adair Co fight a well fire north of Glenrock Wyoming that began December 5. Salt water was forced into the hole to cool it as water lines were hooked to the well head. Leaks in the drill pipe delayed efforts while waiting for special material to seal the leaks the spokesperson said about 60 men remained on site with no estimate on the fire’s end.
