Youth Exonerated In Auto Death Of Henry Sturtridge
Charles Hall 19 of 217 West Park street was exonerated by a coroner's jury of blame in the death of Henry Sturtridge 47 of 440 East Park street who died December 6 at St. James hospital from injuries after being struck by Hall's car near Arizona and Platinum streets December 4. The inquest led by Coroner Don Sheehy found the accident unavoidable on the driver. Hall testified he called for an ambulance but none was available and then notified police. He was booked on reckless driving but released on his own recognizance.
