Youth with suspended term faces new burglary charge
A Butte youth who received a three year suspended term for burglary about three weeks ago is back in jail on another burglary charge. Two other Butte youths, facing $2,500 bonds, stand charged in a $500 clothing theft from an uptown store. Thomas Headley 20 Raymond Craft 24 William Helsley 18 and a 16 year old companion are tied to the Stratford Men's Shop break in. Headley pled guilty November 15 to burglary of the Montana Barber Supply. The trio await pleas as their cases move toward district court.
