TODAY MARKS END OF U S PROHIBITION ERA WITH MORCY BILL NEARLY DUE. ASSEMBLY MOVES TOWARD CONSIDERATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOLLOWING FIRST REVENUE MEASURE.
