Mike Edwards a 40 year old Union Pacific flagman from Melrose was critically injured when his motorcycle collided with a southbound truck on highway 91 just north of Dillon. He suffered a concussion and extensive injuries and was dragged 110 feet before the bike detached from the vehicle. The truck driven by H A Davis of Tooele Utah slowed and signaled to turn into a service station. Edwards was taken to Barrett hospital.
