Aug 11 report from Great Falls says Arlene Ebert eight and Don two died in a Gus Ebert farm home blaze eighteen miles northwest of town. Richard eleven was burned and cut while trying to rescue them, after flames trapped him on the second floor.
Lisbon Portugal Aug 12 The Italian air fleet begins the final stage of its round trip to the United States with the first three planes taking off at 6 10 a m for Rome marking the start of the concluding leg of the journey.
