Commissioner’s Sale Of 11 Acre Goose Creek Mill Tract
A public sale will be held on Saturday May 20 1915 at noon at the Union County courthouse to sell the B D Austin old mill tract in Goose Creek township seven miles from the town. The property includes 11 acres more or less and encompasses the mill pond mill lot mill house and one dwelling. It is bounded by the lands of B D Austin and is part of a legal proceeding B D Austin versus J C Brooks et al under a judgment of R W Lemond clerk of the superior court.
