After a hostile clash with suppliers his business suffers then recovers as he appeals to lawyer James G. McGuire. The dispute leads to a court-backed settlement ensuring lower rates, weekly price schedules, and repayment of rebates totaling about twenty eight thousand dollars. Moynihan proclaims victory and pride after taming the trust.
