Fred Oegen aged 22 known as Little is dead after an auto street car collision at 8 39 p m near the intersection of St Stephens road and Washington avenue. Degen drove the car that struck a parked vehicle and was found unconscious at the steering wheel. He died soon after at the hospital. Passengers Elizabeth Bumgarner 18 and Paul G. Bumgarner 20 were injured. both treated at the scene. Street car motorman W Dell and conductor O E rd tended to casualties. Case against Hanley charged with operating an auto and resulting in death was continued to October 4.
