International air mail expansion set with Mexico City to Nueva Laredo route starting next month. Albert Scott, a negro, was charged under the national motor theft act after arrest yesterday afternoon by Motor Cycle Officer Lorenzo Miller. He confessed to stealing an automobile at Quincy Florida. The car was held for the owner who reported the loss. Detective Warren, McDonald and Deputy Marshal D S Pennington processed the case.
Jacob Vander Sys and Sons, Inc. filed incorporation papers in court today establishing a general contracting business. Incorporators named are Jacob Sys, Richard A. Vander Sys and Arthur Vander Sys.
The forecast calls for mostly cloudy conditions tonight in Mobile with little temperature variation. Scattered rain fell in the western city area last night but was not enough to register.
Two alleged burglars C Boone and G Short won a juvenile court review as records from Mobile County High School showed they were under 16, challenging juvenile court jurisdiction. Judge D H Edington sustained their age defenses and ordered commitment to juvenile court jurisdiction based on the ages February 27 1913 and November 21 1912.

Mrs Ide Blue of St Louis, mother of Lu Blue, is named the nation’s blue star mother. She sent four sons to the war and recently earned two veterans’ medals. The American War Mothers chose her to lay a wreath at Lafayette statue.
