The National Automobile Club organized motorcade from Chicago to the gulf will reach Mobile Wednesday afternoon from Gulfport and stay one or two days. A Mobile committee will accompany and assist the visitors as they tour the city and county. The group reduced to about a dozen cars, previously in Pass Christian and Bay St. Louis.

Ed Washington and Helen Baker, charged with violating the prohibition law, were each fined $100 and costs by Judge N. R. Clarke of the inferior court today. Jack Brown, Mattie Noletto and a Chaniel Ivory, on the same charge, were each fined $50 and costs of 20 days. Henry McMillan, a negro, charged with receiving stolen property, and McMillan, a negro woman, charged with grand larceny, were held to the grand jury under $500 bond. J. R. Banes, a sawmill foreman, is the complainant and charges that they are connected with the disappearances of watch and other property owned by him.

Children killed as bus crash shocks Vineville

Bull On Bridge Delays Freight Train To City
A bull on a Mobile river bridge delayed southbound L N freight train No 13 by about 25 minutes. The crew coaxed the animal off the bridge after a chase that involved brakeman J D Knapper and the engine crew. The bull leaped to the ground two stories below and appeared to escape unharmed.

Seven Officers Fend Off Arrest of Drunk Man
In recorder's court Turnkey Joe Clark testified seven men were needed to arrest H. W. Brown for drunk and disorderly. Officers Gus Girard and Lester Green were injured, with Green breaking a hand. Brown was fined $5 or five days for disorderly conduct and $5 for intoxication. a resisting charge against Brown goes to Oct. 23 due to officers' absence.

Moving firms face city reporting ordinance in Mobile
The Mobile city commission introduced an ordinance requiring all movers to report every move to the police. Sponsored by a merchants committee, it would record each family’s name and old and new addresses. Seventeen Injured In Memphis Bus Train Crash
