Ernest Schreiber Brooded Over War Before Death
The body of Ernest Schreiber an airman for the Mobile and Ohio Railroad Company killed in the freight yards Saturday afternoon at 4 o clock will be buried Tuesday morning. Schreiber was decapitated by the wheels of a freight engine after brooding over conscription. Fellow employees report he feared fighting his own brothers in the German army next Tuesday. He was found near the tracks with no witness to his death.
