Mobile County Jury Commission will contest in circuit court the writ of information filed Friday. J Bester Robertson announced attorneys Pillans Cowley and Gresham have been retained. The writ alleges names of five grand jury members were struck from the jury roll after a January term report praising Sheriff Holcombe. Robertson denied the quoted remark and said his attorneys would answer the charge at the hearing before Judge Claude A Grayson, with a date likely early next week.
