Lillie Brown of 312 North Hamilton Street was fined 100 dollars or 90 days after Clerk C F Howell and Detective Ollie Hubbard testified to 100 half pints of white whiskey found in her home. Surgeons treated them and they were sent home in automobiles. Eyewitnesses say the men escaped fatal injuries as the bucket struck the deck with great force after breaking loose.
