Common Pleas Judge Monaghan entered judgment last night on the jury verdict finding him sane and ordered unconditional liberty with his mother discharged as committee and his estate restored by trustees. Thaw, visiting his mother in Pittsburgh, learned of the action after being paroled from the Pennsylvania hospital for mental and nervous diseases since the jury found him sane in April.
