He was 83, born September 18 1844 in Mount Vernein Alabama, served Mobile County circuit court 1904 to 1916, and was a Confederate veteran. Survived by wife five sons and a daughter. funeral at 10 AM from Rochemorty Gienastodt and 10 30 AM from St Patrick church. Burial in Magnolia cemetery.
