In circuit court last night a jury found W. E. Goully not guilty of manslaughter in the January 5 accident that killed Miss Della Bass of Oakdale. The incident occurred on Washington Avenue near Baltimore Street when Miss Bass reportedly stepped into the path of Goully’s vehicle.
