Lyons Ga March 23 Five Tombs county citizens stood trial on charges of flogging a Baptist preacher while Sheriff Culpepper reported two white farmers were arrested for flogging a negro farmer. The grand jury indicted eight men for flogging the negro in May 1926 and investigations continue.
