Daniels 15 On Trial In Death Of Four Month Old
The case of L. D. Daniels a Texas Company salesman charged with second degree manslaughter in the death of Doris Swenson four months old is on trial in the inferior criminal court. Prosecutors are Jack Courtney and Tisdale Touart and defense is Palmer Pillans and William Cowley. Witnesses say Daniels could not stop after the collision on Old Shell road near Carlin street March 6 at about 7 50 p m. The dead child s mother Eloise Swenson and other car occupants were injured. Daniels testifies he stopped and helped lift the car off the victims with his wife.

Tarpon to be rebuilt after damaging Panama City fire
