Rail line repaired after 12 hour derailment at Gibson
The Mobile and Ohio railway main line was back in repair in Gibson Mississippi after a 12 hour layout. A flat car with a large derrick and a long freight train derailed at the station causing seven tank cars to leave the tracks and crash through the depot. No injuries reported. Trains rerouted via the Fuisco route to Tupelo until noon. The station will be rebuilt.
