Texas and Pacific railroad officials announce shipments will be received only subject to delay and at shipper risk of loss if a strike occurs. New Orleans and Northern and Southern Railway officials report embargo notices from Cincinnati effective immediately on livestock and perishable freight.
H Tucker arrested at 9 last night and jailed on embezzlement charge. Complainant J R Cowley says Tucker as his agent embezzled a Bosch magneto valued at $20.
