Johnny Blalack a Mobile youth faced robbery charges for a hold up during a poker game at 155 Hilava street on December 14. James Merrill of Niles Ohio pled guilty to robbery in the same case and got 10 years. Jurors were selected including James Parker and Paul H Johnson. Prosecution cited a police chief statement that Blalack and Merrill admitted involvement in the Mayera poker incident.
